Scott Timbrell

Scott has worked in the commercial property sector for over 15 years and has held various National management and sales roles. In these roles he was entrusted to foster an inclusive culture and build the sales and support teams across Australia to meet annual financial criteria. Scott’s skillset extends to adept contract negotiations, covering crucial aspects such as land acquisition, financing arrangements, joint ventures, major leases and planning solutions. Known as a fast thinker and heart of his sleeve type of guy, Scott will always go above and beyond to achieve the best possible result for his clients.

Nick Lau

Nick has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and held senior positions within global real estate agencies. His primary focus was on significant office developments and major leasing projects for Premium and A-grade buildings in Sydney’s CBD Fringe markets. Some key projects included Harbourside (30,000m2), 60 Union Street (18,000m2), and 8 Central Avenue (30,000m2). Nick often worked closely with developers, offering strategic advice on site selection, project planning, marketing, and early tenant engagement. In 2024, he joined Rebus to provide tailored, conflict-free advice in a relationship-focused and ethical environment.

Carla Timbrell

With a project marketing and commercial property career spanning more than 10 years, Carla has worked alongside some of the industry’s leading agents and developers. With a proven record of delivering tailored strategic marketing campaigns for some of Sydney’s most high-profile and landmark developments, Carla is driven by results and a focus on building positive stakeholder relationships. Carla holds a Bachelor of Business Communications from Bond University with a double major in Marketing & Public Relations, and has plans on study Human Resource Management in the future.
